Rafting requirements

  • Adults only (18 or older).
  • Be comfortable in the water (knowing how to swim is recommended).
  • Good general physical condition. Not recommended during pregnancy or for people with heart, back or neck conditions, or recent surgery.
  • No alcohol before the activity.
  • Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and shoes that can get wet and stay on (sneakers or strapped sandals; no flip-flops).
  • Attend the safety briefing, sign the operator's waiver on site and follow the guides' instructions at all times.
  • The operator may modify or suspend the descent depending on the river level or the weather.

Changes and cancellations

  • One experience per person. Companions register individually.
  • Changes of experience: while registration is open and subject to availability, by writing to contacto@internationaloat.com
  • Experience full? Write to us and we will add you to the waiting list.
  • Can't attend? Please let us know by November 13 so your spot can go to someone on the waiting list.
  • The bus leaves at 12:00 sharp from Gran Hotel Pucón. Late arrivals cannot join or move to another experience.
  • For safety reasons (weather, river level or volcanic alert), the organization may modify or replace an experience and will notify participants as soon as possible.
