Dr Martin Mascher will present as part of the Oat Genomics and Bioinformatics Theme.
“The international PanOat consortium has sequenced 30 oat genomes. The comparison of our annotated genome sequence assemblies revealed ample amounts of structural variation including inter-chromosomal translocations, heterochromatic knobs and large pericentric inversions. The oat pangenome will become an indispensable resource for the oat genetics and genomics community.”
