“Field research has increased the ability of producers to grow an oat crop with both high yield and quality. Research from several recent agronomic studies provides information that help oat growers to better integrate oat into their crop rotations, use fertility to stabilize test weight and economic returns, and to improve the management of wild oat in their tame oat. Utilizing the results from these studies will allow producers to improve their oat production.”
